wohnung-kehl.de (in the following text also referred to as „Portal“) is a privately operated website for providing information on the rental of apartments in Kehl owned by the website-owner.

Users of the Terms of Use

The user of these Terms of Use is the administrative community  „Maier/Bährel“, (in the following text also referred to as „Operator“), represented by Dr. Jochen Maier. Further information and references to the operator can be taken from the Legal Notice.

Services of the portal operater

The operator of the portal provides information on renting apartments in Kehl which are owned by the website owner. The use of this information is free of charge.

A claim of the user does not arise from the use of the portal. Over the portal "wohnung-kehl.de" in particular no rental contract will occur. Information made available on the portal is without guarantee and non-binding for the operator.
